BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1308

DECLARING MONDAY, 21 MARCH 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CALAPAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 21 March 2022, Monday, the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, will mark the celebration of its 24° Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Calapan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 21 March 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Calapan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.
