MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1308 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 24 JUNE 2026, A SPECIAL {NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE WHEREAS, on 24 June 2026, Wednesday, the Province of Masbate will mark the CE:llebration of the Bagat-Dagat Festival; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Masbate be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 24 June 2026, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.
