BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 131

DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 JANUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, the City of Lipa marks the celebration of the Barako Festival 2017 on Friday, 20 January 2017;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 20 January 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
