BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1310

DECLARING MONDAY, 28 FEBRUARY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ESCALANTE, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 28 February 2022, Monday, the City of Escalante, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Escalante be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 28 February 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Escalante, Province of Negros Occidental.
