MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION N0.1313 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 01 JULY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTA L WHEREAS, on 01 July 2026, Wednesday, the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 01 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental.
