BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1317

DECLARING AS CIVIL RESERVATION AS THE SITE OF THE LA TRINIDAD WATER DISTRICT CONCRETE RESERVOIR, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED AT LUBAS, LA TRINIDAD, PROVINCE OF BENGUET, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by the powers vested in me by jaw, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition and reserve the same as site of the La Trinidad Water District Concrete Reservoir, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land located in Lubas, La Trinidad, Benguet, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION (LOT NO, 11194, CAD-1024-D)

A parcel of land (Lot No. 11194, Cad-1024-D), situated at Lubas, La Trinidad, Province of Benguet, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., and SW., along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 1966, Cad-1024-D (Lot 2-F, Psd-1-011905); on the NW., along line 3-4 by Lot 1893, Cad-1024-b (PSU-1-005425); on the NE., along line 4-5 by a right of way; on the NE,, along line 5-6 by Lot 1967, Cad-1024-D (Lot 2-G, Psd-1- 00119-5); on the NE., and SE., along lines 6-7-8-1 by Lot 1965, Cad, 1024-D (Lot 2-1, Psd-1-011905). Beginning at a point marked “1" on plan being S 28 deg. 27’E., 1907.96 m, from BLLM No. 1, CAD-1024- D La Trinidad, Benguet, thence:

Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND AND THIRTY SEVEN (1,037) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by PS, Cyl. Conc. Mon, 15 x 40 cms. Bearings Grid. Date of Survey on November 15-17, 1989 executed by Engr. Bernard A. Ancheta and was approved on February 8, 1995,

The Bepartment of Environment and Natural Resources is hereby authorized to issue a Special Patent over the parcel of land reserved herein in favor of La Trinidad Water District.
