BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1317

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 16 MARCH 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSELLER T. LIM, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, on 16 March 2022, Wednesday, the Municipality of Roseller T. Lim, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, will mark the celebration of its 40" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Roseller T. Lim be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 16 March 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Roseller T. Lim, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
