MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1317 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 01 JULY 2026 AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE WHEREAS, on 01 July 2026, Wednesday, the City of Dipolog, Province of Zamboanga del Norte will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dipolog be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration; NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 01 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dipolog, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.
