DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 23, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG

WHEREAS, Monday, July 23, 2007, marks the 47" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Gingoag;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, July 23, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog.
