BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1319

DECLARING THURSDAY, 24 MARCH 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TABACO, PROVINCE OF ALBAY

WHEREAS, on 24 March 2022, Thursday, the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay, will mark the celebration of its Charter Day and the 21° Cityhood Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tabaco be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 24 March 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tabaco, Province of Albay.
