BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1320

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 4, 2007 AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 4, 2007, marks the 40!" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Cadiz;

WHEREAS, it js but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz he given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Seuretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, (lo hereby declare Wednesday, July 4, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.
