BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1320

DECLARING TUESDAY, 29 MARCH 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINANGONAN, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 29 March 2022, Monday, the Municipality of Binangonan, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of its 122"4 Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Binangonan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 29 March 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Binangonan, Province of Rizal.
