BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1321

‘DECLARING THURSDAY, 31 MARCH 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 31 March 2022, Thursday, the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its 215t Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given fuil opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 31 March 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental.
