DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 11, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 11, 2007 marks the 138" birth anniversary of Dr, Pio Valenzuela;

WHEREAS, it |s but fitting and proper that the people of the City of

Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do feraby

declare Wednesday, July 11, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela,
