BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1322

DECLARING THURSDAY, 31 MARCH 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PANABO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 31 March 2022, Thursday, the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its 21St Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Panabo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 31 March 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Panabo, Province of Davao del Norte.
