Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1323

DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 9, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PUERTO PRINCESA

WHEREAS, Commission on Elections will conduct the plebiscite on Monday, July 9, 2007 jn the City of Puerto Princesa;

WHEREAS, in order ta give the people of the City of Puerto Princesa ample time to exercise their right to vote, there is a need to declare Monday, July 9, 2007 as special (non-working) day.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby

declare Monday, July 9, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Puerto Princasa.
