DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 16, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION (CAR)

WHEREAS, Sunday, July 15, 2007, marks the 20" Foundation Day Anniversary of the Cordillera Administrative Region)

WHEREAS, to enabie the people of the Cordillera Administrative Region celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Governor, CAR-RDC, requested that Monday, July 16, 2007 be declared as special (non-working) day instead! of July 15, 2007, which falis on 2 Sunday;

WHEREAS, |! |s bul fitting and proper that the people of the Cordiliera Administrative Region be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency. GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, July 16, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the Cordillera Administrative Region.
