DECLARING THURSDAY, AUGUST 2, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BUTUAN

WHEREAS, Thursday, August 2, 2007, marks the celebration of the 57” Adlaw Hong Butuan, the Charter Day anniversary of the City of Butuan;

WHEREAS, it is but fittina and proper that the people of the City of Butuan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R, ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do fereny declare Tnursday, August 2, 2007, as special (non-working) Gay in the City of Butuan,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and capised the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
