BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1326

DECLARING THURSDAY, 23 JULY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 23 July 2026, Thursday, the City of Batangas, Province of Batangas will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 23 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas, Province of Batangas.
