DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2007 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS

WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 5, 2007,marks the 39" Charter Day anniversary and Tuna Festival celebration of the City of General Santas:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of General Santos be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R, ERMITA, Executive Secretary, pv authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby deciare Wednesday, September 5, 2007, as Special (non-working) Gay in the City of General Santas.
