WHEREAS, Tuesday, Septemoer 11, 2007, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato:

WHEREAS, ii is but fitting anc proper that the people of the Municipality of Tupi, Province of South Cotabato be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
