BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 13238

DECLARING TUESDAY, 22 MARCH 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, on 22 March 2022, Tuesday, the Province of Cavite will mark the celebration of the birth anniversary of General Emilio Aguinaldo, the first President of the Republic of the Philippines; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 22 March 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Cavite.
