CREATING AND DESIGNATING A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN LOCATED AT BARANGAYS BOLO AND SAWN MIGUEL, MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No, 7915, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Repualic of the Philippines, Go hereby create and designate as a special acononiic zone, subject ta the provisions of Republic Act No 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules. and Requiaticns, and Resolution No. 06-390 datec 25 August 2006, of the Board of Directors aF the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, an @ree located at Barangays Bolo and San Miquel, Municipality of Bauan, Province of Batangas, with an area of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX (229,186) SQUARE METERS, more or less, as defined by the following technical description
