DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 31, 1987, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN BUTUAN CITY.

WHEREAS, Friday, July 31, 1987, marks the 37th Charter anniversary of the City of Butuan; and aisa dc

WHEREAS, the residents of Butuan City should be given the opportunity to commemorate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, July 31, 1987, as a special public holiday in the City of Butuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
