DECLARING FRIDAY, 3 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS. on Friday 3 February 2017, the City of Cabanatuan marks the celebration of its 67" Foundation Anniversary;

WHEREAS, It 's but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cabanatuan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Fnday, 3 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan
