BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1331

DECLARING TUESDAY, 14 JULY 2026, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GUIHULNGAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 14 July 2026, Tuesday, the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihulngan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, RALPH G. RECTO, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 14 July 2026, a special (non-working) day in the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental.
