DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 23, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN BATANGAS CITY

WHEREAS, Monday, July 23, 2007, marks the foundation day anniversary of Batangas City;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Batangas City be given Tull oppertunity to celebrate the oocasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, ny authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Monday, July 23, 2007, as special (non-working) day in Batangas City
