c.MArACANAN6 Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 134 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1993, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN CABANATUAN CITY WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 3, 1993, marks the 43rd Foundation Anniversary of Cabanatuan City; WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Cabanatuan City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city's history with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 3, 1993, as a special day in Cabanatuan City.
