BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 134

DECLARING FRIDAY, 3 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on Friday, 3 February 2017, the City of Bifan, Laguna marks the celebration of its 72" Liberation Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bifian, Laguna, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 3 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Bifan, Province of Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
