PROCLAMATION NO. 134

DECLARING TUESDAY, 07 MARCH 2023, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE ISLAND GARDEN CITY OF SAMAL, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 07 March 2023, Tuesday, the Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Island Garden City of Samal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 07 March 2023, a special (non-working) day in the Island Garden City of Samal, Province of Davao del Norte.
