DECLARING MONDAY, AUGUST 20, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LUCENA

WHEREAS, Monday, August 26, 2007, marks the 46" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Lucena;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City ol Lucena be given full opportunity to celébrate the oscasion with appropriate Ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R, ERMITA, Execulive secretary, by authorty of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO di hereby declare Monday, August 20, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of Lurena,
