BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1346

DECLARING THURSDAY, 07 APRIL 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN MOUNTAIN PROVINCE

WHEREAS, on 07 April 2022, Thursday, Mountain Province will mark the celebration of its 55" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of Mountain Province be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 07 April 2022, a special (non-working) day in Mountain Province.
