RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF BALLANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BALLANG, MUNICIPALITY OF BUGUEY, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic af the Philippines, tla hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement and reserve for schoo! site purposes under the adtinistration of the Department of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel oF land of the public domain situated at Barangay Ballana, Municipality of Buguey, Province of Cagayan, and more particiilarly described as follaywre:

Bounded on the NW along line 1-2 by Lot 5125, Pls-570, on the NE., alona line 2-3 by Lol 5123-B, Csd-af-02-003109-D, on the SE., along line 3-4 by Barrio Road; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Lot 5121, Pls-570+ and on the NW., alona line 5-1 Hy bol 5124, Pls-57f.
