BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1349

RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF QUIRINO STATE COLLEGE SITUATED AT BARANGAY ANDRES BONIFACIO, MUNICIPALITY OF DIFFUN, PROVINCE OF QUIRINO, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, de hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settlement arid reserve for School Site Prirpinses of Quirina State College, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Andres Bonifacio, Municipality of Diffin, Province of Oulrine and more particularly described as follows:

The area covered by the Proclamation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision and control of the Commission on Higher Education, which shall be responsible jn maintaining the usefulness of the area-

The tracts of Jand herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject

to pecupation, entry, sale, ease or other disposition until again declared as alienable by Proclamation of the President.
