BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 1351

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 204 DATED 21 OCTOBER 1999 WHICH RESERVED FOR THE MODERN SATELLITE GRAINS CENTER OF THE NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY (NFA), A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND STTUATED IN BARRIO LIWAN WEST, MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF KALINGA, ISLAND OF LUZON BY GRANTING OWNERSHIP THEREOF TO THE NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY

Upon the recommendation of the secretary of Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby crant ownership of the land covered by Proclamation No. 204 dated October 21, 1999, which established the Madern Satellite Grains Center, in Barrio Liwan West, Municipality of Rizal, Province of Kalinga, Island of Luzon, in favor of the National Food Authority and

authorize the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources to Issue a Special Patent in favor of MFA,
