RESERVING A PORTION OF LOT NO. 3959, CAD 689-D, BARAS CADASTRE, SITUATED IN BARANGAY PINUGAY, MUNICIPALITY OF BARAS, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, FOR THE USE OF THE PHILIPPINE NATIONAL POLICE - SPECIAL ACTION FORCE (PNP- SAF) AS HEADQUARTERS AND TRAINING CAMP SITE
