AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 1187 DATED MARCH 27, 1998, GRANTING OWNERSHIP TO THE NATIONAL POLICE COMMISSION (NAPOLCOM) OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN PROCLAMATION NO. 1453 DATED JUNE 30, 1975, BY AUTHORIZING THE BASES CONVERSION DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (BCDA) TO ADMINISTER AND DEVELOP FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE NAPOLCOM THE SAID LAND AND THOSE PROPERTIES CONVEYED BY BCDA

WHEREAS, Proclamation No, 1453 dated June 30, 1975, reserved 2 parcel of land with an area of 87,389 sq.m, located in Fort Bonifacio for the site ar the National Pollee Conimission hereinafter raferred ae “Property”, and provided that the same will alitarratically revert te millgary control when no onder needed for that purpose’

NOW, THEREFORE, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL~ARROYO, President of the Pepublic of the Philippines, by Virtue of the powers vested In me by law, do hereby order

SECTION 2. Use Restriction.
