WHEREAS, the City of Davao has traditionally held a weel-long Kadayawen Festival in the month of August as a thanksaivine by the peaple of the City of Davao and its local government for the abundant Aarvests of fuyjte

and other farm produce and the lush arowth of flowerina ornamental plant:

WHEREAS, the Kadayawan Festival Is also an occasion fer the various indigenous Communities to display their peculiar cultural sports and distinct trial arts, crafts and thelr significant contributions to Davac City’s development ane Mich culture;
