MALACAÑANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1359 DECLARING FRIDAY, AUGUST 24, 2007 AS SPECIAL (NON­WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN” WHEREAS, the City of Kidapawan will be celebrating the 6 th Timpupo Festival on August 18 to 24, 2007, with the theme “Timpupo…Hando…Pasasalamat”; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given gull opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL­ARROYO, do hereby declare Friday, August 24, as special (non­working) day in the City of Kidapawan.
