MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.136 7 DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 3, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON- .J WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF IRIGA!; WHEREAS, Monday, September 3, 2007, marks the 39th Foundation Dav anniversary of the City of Iriga; WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Iriga be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R.
