Proclamation No. 137

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BALACBAC, MUNICIPALITY OF CAPANGAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Balacbac, municipality of Capangan, Mountain Province, island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-13609, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Sw0-13609, N. 87˚ 40’ E. 76.05 m. from B. L. B. M. Containing an area of 127,448 square meters.

Points 1, 2, 12, and 13, P. L. S. /B. L. monuments; points 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, and 18, stakes; points 7 and 8, crosses on stones.

Bounded on the northeast, by property of Talancog, public land, and stream; on the southeast, by public land; on the south, southwest, and west, by public land; and on the northwest, by public land and property of Siagto.

Bearings true. Declination, 0˚ 45’ E.
