DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 8 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF

COTABATO

WHEREAS, the City of Kidapawan marks the celebration of its 19" Foundation Anniversary on 12 February 2017, .

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Kidapawan celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Wednesday, 8 February 2017, be declared as a special (non-working) day instead of 12 February 2017, which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, !, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 8 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.
