[ Proclamation No. 1373, January 15, 1975 ]

DECLARING JANUARY 16, 1975 AS BATANGAS PROVINCE FOUNDATION DAY.

WHEREAS, January 16 marks the foundation day of the province of Batangas; and

WHEREAS, the people of the Province should be given the opportunity to mark this milestone in the Province’s history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ROBERTO V. REYES, Acting Executive Secretary, by order of His Excellency, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare January 16, 1975 as Batangas Province Foundation Day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 15th day of January, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and seventy-five.
