MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.1373 DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2007, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, PROVINCE OF BULACAN WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 8797 provided for the conversion of the Municipalityof San Jose del Monte, Bulacan into a component city to be known as the Cityof San Jose del Monte; WHEREAS, Monday, September la, 2007, marks the 7th Foundation Day anniversary of the Cityof San Jose del Monte with the theme: I1MAKAKALIKASANG SAN JOSENO/ KAPITBISIG SA PAG-ASENSO/' WHEREAS,it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Jose de! Monte be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE,I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO,do hereby declare Monday, September la, 2007, as special (non-working) day in the City of San Jose dei Monte, Province of Bulacan.
