DECLARING FRIDAY, 01 JULY 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 01 July 2022, Friday, the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its Charter Day:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with

appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday,

01 July 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental.
