.MALACANANG Manila -BYTHE-PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1375 DECLARING WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2007 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAYIN THE CITY OF LIPA WHEREAS, Wednesday, September 12, 2007, a National Pilgrimage to Lipa, a day of prayer and reparation, to gather all the faithful in common supp-lication to the Blessed Mother, Mary ~lJediatrixof All Grace; WHEREAS, the Archdiocese of Lipa shall be the pulsating center of prayer of thanksgiving, worship and petitions by multitudes of local and pilgrim devotees; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R, ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO,do hereby declare Wednesday, September 12, 2007 as special (non-working)day in the Cityof Lipa.
