k~~7A' MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 138 DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26, ZAMBOANGA CITY 1993, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN WHEREAS, Friday, February 26, 1993, marks the 56th Foundation Anniversary of Zamboanga City; WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Zamboanga City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city's history with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THE'REFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Codeof 1987, do hereb'y declare Friday, February 26, 1993, as a special day in Zamboanga City.
