AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 2099 DATED 'JUNE 23, 2010 AND ACCORDING TO PERLA DIZON SANTOS OCAMPO, M.O" THE RANK AND TITLE OF NATIONAL SCIENTIST WHE:REAS, Proclamation No 2099 datetl .une 23. 2010 accorded to Peria Dizon Santos Ocampo, MD., the rank of National Scientist, with privileges and emoluments attached thereto, for her work in the fleid of Pediatrics; WHEREAS, said Proclamation was wrongfully entitled "ACCORDING TO PELA DIZON ' SANTOS OCAMPO, M .D. THE RANK AND TITLE OF NATIONAL ARTISr ; NOW THEREFORE, I, BENIGNO S.
