BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES | PROCLAMATION NO.138

DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 FEBRUARY 2017, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY

WHEREAS, the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay marks the celebration of its 16" Araw ng Sibugay on Friday, 24 February 2017;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Zamboanga Sibugay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 24 February 2017, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Zamboanga

Sibugay.
