• MALACANANG Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 1382 CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING KNOWN AS ALLEGRO CENTER WHICH STANDS ON A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 2284 CHINO ROCES EXTENSION, MAKAT! CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748 Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995 as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIAMACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 2q December 2000 and Resolution No. 07-189 dated 30 April2007 of the Board of Directors of the PhilippineEconomic Zone Authority, the Allegro Center as an Information Technology Center which stands on a parcel of land of the private domain located at 2284 Chino Roces Extension, Makati City, with an area of Five Thousand (5,000) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the followingtechnical description: Lot 2-A-l TCT No. (185231) S-74289 A parcel of land (Lot 2-A-l of the subdivision plan (LRC) Psd-43603, being a portion of Lot 2-A, (LRC) Psd-39617, LRC Record No. 2029), situated in the Municipalityof Makati, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE, points 4 to 1 by pasong Tamo St. 20 m. wide (St. Lot 1, (LRC)Psd-17809); on the SE., points 1 to 2 by Lot 2-A-2 of the subdivision plan; on the SW., points 2 to 3 by Philippine National Railways 30 m wide (Psu-4730); and on the NW., points 3 to 4 by Lot 3, Block3, (LRC)Psd-17809 (Lane 4 m. wide).
